Fulfillment & Refund Policy
Digital Service
Jobpadi provides a digital service: automated job alerts delivered via Telegram and email. Because these alerts are delivered and consumed immediately upon dispatch, all subscription fees are final once your subscription payment has been successfully processed.
No Refunds
All sales are final. Jobpadi does not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for any subscription fees paid, including for partial billing periods. This includes, but is not limited to, instances where:
- You did not find a job through the service
- You were dissatisfied with the quantity or quality of job alerts
- You forgot to cancel your subscription before renewal
- You no longer need the service mid-cycle
Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged in error (duplicate charge, incorrect amount, or unauthorized transaction), contact us at support@jobpadi.com within 14 days of the charge. We will investigate and, if an error is confirmed, issue a full or partial refund as appropriate.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider, Jobpadi reserves the right to provide evidence of service delivery (including job-alert delivery logs and account activity records) to dispute the chargeback. Accounts related to chargebacks that are resolved in Jobpadi’s favor may be suspended or terminated. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting the Service Provider to resolve the issue may result in permanent account closure.
Cancellation
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time from your dashboard settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to receive service until the period ends, and you will not be charged for subsequent periods. No prorated refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
Free Plan
The Free plan has no cost and no recurring payment obligation. You may use it for as long as you like, subject to these Terms. No free trial period is offered for paid subscription plans.
